Meeting Presenter: Paul Lukkar, Gulf Coast Financial Corp.

Paul Lukkar, Business Broker and Consultant, works in the areas of Business Mergers, Acquisitions, Sales and Business Valuations, commercial project financing, joint ventures, and development consulting, and is available as an expert witness.

Mr. Lukkar, has an extensive commercial real estate and finance background starting with the U.S. Treasury Dept. in 1975, and took numerous accounting, banking, commercial real estate, and international finance courses through the Treasury Dept. He also attended the U.S. Treasury Department Consumer Law School in 1979, located in Reston, Virginia.

Lukkar first participated in the Florida Real Estate course in 1977-78, in Tallahassee, Florida, and attended LSU Graduate School of Banking from 1984-1986, with emphasis in financial management. Mr. Lukkar also attended the National Business Brokerage Training School in Dallas, Texas, in March 1993. Mr. Lukkar's strong dedication to education continues with his many years of annual education courses in the finance and real estate industries.
