David is married with 4 children and has made Pensacola his home for over 20 years. He has been a full time loan originator for 15 years and co-owner of Cornerstone Mortgage since its opening in April 2004. As owner and one of the company’s experienced mortgage loan originators, David works closely with his clients and their realtor to ensure all parties are on the same page so the client is taken care of from beginning of the loan process to closing day. You can be confident knowing that David and his team will work in the best interests of their borrowers every time.
David is licensed in Florida and Alabama and has access to every type of loan available, from Jumbo, Conventional, and all Government programs including VA, FHA, and USDA/RD. There are many guidelines and additional programs inside these products and David can be a wealth of information on which is best suited for you.
In the past 15 years David has witnessed the ups and downs of the market, the faulty mortgage programs, and the fraud that came along with it. As your mortgage professional, David is dedicated to making sure that his borrowers don’t make those same mistakes and that they’re receiving the best deal that will benefit them in the long run.
David is a past president of Pensacola Leaders and member since 2009. He and Cornerstone are also members of other fine organizations including BBB, PAR, and HBA.
